Amb. H. Dan Morias
SENATOR
Maryland County, R. L.

Dear Sen. Morias:

I trust you are enjoying God’s grace and doing well with your varied responsibilities.

Please be duly informed I’ve been retained by Madam Esther G. Elliott to represent the sole interests of the family as a result of a motor car accident that incapacitated and brought medical suffering to her son, John D. Doe. The occasion of this letter is to submit to your good offices a complaint against a United Nations agency by the legal name of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR/ARD).

UNGCR/ARD’s tonnage motor vehicle was involved in an accident on November 29, 2017, on the Rocktown/Fishtown road, Harper, Maryland County, at about 7:30 to 8:00pm. A young kid by the name of John D. Doe’s pelvis was damaged as a result. All efforts to reach the UNHCR/ARD have been a run-around situation. This Agency is seemingly involved in a genocidal attempt. First, she escaped the accident scene; Second, accepts its fault in the accident but refuses to take responsibility thereby evading justice. Currently, the kid is in Monrovia for additional medical treatment. If nothing better is done for this young kid, chances are, he might never have kids on his own in his entire life and could permanently be disabled.

Sir, we are hereby seeking your office’s support to reach out to the UN in order for her to take full responsibility or we may adjudicate. A peaceful demonstration in Maryland is a last resort.

Please find attached a copy of the accident case file report. Thank you in advance for your speedy attention as the kid’s life is hanging in the balance. I am,

Respectfully,

T. Gbuo-Mle Bedell
