To You at Whose Side We Struggle:

Please be informed February 8, 2016 witnessed another sad situation in Maryland County in terms of human relations bordered on politics. Life took a sad trend. But this time it wasn’t those who were accused of ritualistic killings; sent to prison and then to the Gallows. It wasn’t those who were accused of ritualistic killings whose feet and palms were chopped off under excruciating pain by mob violence. Not the extrajudicial killings in our history. Dr. John Henrique Clarke used to say, “History to a people is what a mother is to her child” I say that too myself. But false accusations of an innocent patriot like me who returned home to serve my country pro bono is a broad daylight shame on the Government.

On Monday, February 8 instant, Superintendent Betsy Kuoh-Toe deceived me into walking into her office to be faced with life threatening conditions. First, she sent her chauffeur to ask me over to her office. I was indisposed. On the 4th invitation, her chauffeur told me that Madam Kuoh-Toe told him that President Sirleaf was on the phone line to speak with me. Even though I was shocked, but I had no other choice but to rush to her office. Upon arrival, the Administration Building yard was jam packed with people. Upon entering her office, a multitude of people were seated awaiting me. “Can I speak with the President?” I asked. “No the President is not on the line for you. But what happened between you and your sister?” She replied. See, I have seven sisters (siblings). And so I asked her, “Which one?” She replied, “Mary Broh!” At that point I became confused. Because the Superintendent said President Sirleaf wanted to speak with me on the phone. Now she has twisted it to Mary Broh. Why? That’s exactly what I wanted to know. Evidently, she misled me in a dishonorable way.

All proverbial red flags began to fall in her office as false accusations unfolded. I was falsely accused of “badmouthing” V. P. Boakai “undermining” the Liberian government on grounds I was suspected of supporting Mr. Alex B. Cummings who may run for the office of President, come 2017 Presidential election. My opposition party membership (Alternative National Congress) (ANC) was placed on the altar of political homicide. Unequivocally, I condemned such treacherous act.

Soon, Mary Broh, director general of The General Services Agency (GSA) was placed on the line. As my boss, she repeated the same false allegations that were provided her by sea-going snitches and stoolpigeons of the worst grade. She asked me and I responded. I categorically denied the claims and condemned same as misleading, fabrication, manipulation, lies, threat to my life and a calculated attempt to place the Executive Mansion against me.

Mr. Cole Bangalu, deputy director for administration, GSA, took the phone and began to interrogate me. I maintained my stance. Without mixing words, I condemned the diabolic acts of hypocrisy, infancy, threats and the lack of innocence by the Superintendent’s office. After few minutes of aggressive interrogation, Mr. Bangalu dropped the line and said, “We’ll call you again.”

I was gripped with fear as I was being psychologically tortured. Prior to walking out of the Building, I was forced to inform Honorable Betsy Kuoh-Toe that my life was now placed in her hands. I would call on my wife, children, family, friends, progressive mankind and Christendom to hold her responsible in the event my physical body was hampered.

It didn’t stop there; Superintendent Kuoh-Toe placed a Yale lock on my office door thereby committing Felonious Restraint. Had she consulted with her legal advisor, Atty. Aloysius Allison, county attorney of Maryland County, she would not have violated my rights and laws of Liberia and our one world.

As if the terroristic threats to my life, Felonious restraint and intimidation were not enough, Madam Kuoh-Toe recommended my removal from GSA as Assets Monitor. From what I am hearing in the grapevine, President Sirleaf is convinced of the Superintendent’s fabrications. As such, she has approved my removal from GSA. Unfortunately, up to the moment I opine, I have not received a letter to that effect and all of my personal belongings that I used to run GSA office including and not limited to Personal Computer (desktop), Storage bags, electrical appliances etc. remain in the custody of the Liberian government. All efforts are being made for GSA to serve me a removal letter and release my personal belongings. Otherwise, I shall litigate.

I have assiduously labored for GSA for ten unbroken months free-of-charge. I did it for my county and I did it for my country. This is consistent with my mission to return home to Liberia to help in the Government’s reconstruction bid after a 14-year generalized anarchy of violence. It is my wish and ardent hope GSA will explain what it has done with such huge amount of money I have labored for and was not given to me. I am also awaiting my letter of removal from GSA including my personal belongings in the Government’s custody.

If all of these are comply with by party concerned, I shall move forward with my life. Otherwise, I do not need permission to protest for I am willing and ready to go to the hospital, prison and/or the cemetery for my democratic Beliefs and political affiliations!

I rest my case for now! May God bless this land that our fathers left us!
