Madam Matilda Parker
MANAGING DIRECTOR
National Port Authority (NPA)
Republic of Liberia

Dear Madam:

I trust you are enjoying God’s grace and doing well with your varied responsibilities.

As per your request, during our first meeting with the National Port Authority (NPA), when I represented the Aggrieve Prewar Employees of the Port of Harper, please find attached a copy of the Letter of authorization to me from the Aggrieve Employees for your guidance, perusal and attention. A letter specifically addressed to you from our clients is also in the envelope. Signatories to the letters herein referred to, are all elected officials of The Aggrieve Pre War Employees and therefore are their leaders with whom you may discuss their interests as far as this case is concerned. In the event you develop any problem with the Letter, please feel free to contact us.

Madam Parker, please be informed, in our Thursday, April 24, 2014, meeting, we agreed for us to submit another letter of authorization from our clients to you. Why? Because, the previous letter was a photocopy. Therefore, you asked for an original copy and requested the formation of a leadership team. We also agreed that a note covering the meeting be forwarded to us as a matter of record from your office. That note was forwarded on April 25 instant, except that it was very unfriendly. As such, we registered our distaste. Let there be sober-mindedness, judiciousness and calm in finding a permanent and amicable resolution to this matter. Because if we fail, posterity will not forgive us!

Thanks for your understanding in the anticipated speedy resolution of this matter. I am,

 Very truly yours,

Thomas G. Bedell
